CAUTION: Oils and Lotions Will Stain Clothes and Furniture. Allergic reactions may take place on sensitive skin, in which Natural Pheromones will not be responsible for. All fragrances oils and lotion sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Orders will be processed within 72-120 Business hours. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Please allow between 8 to 10 days to receive your order depending on your location.

SHORTAGE, DAMAGED PACKAGES, SPILLAGE, AND BREAKAGE
If you find that your order is missing items, please notify us immediately (UPON RECEIPT), and we will send a UPS inspector to verify all claims made. Any adjustment(s) that you make with the carrier must have a claim number assigned to it for reference. Do not accept a badly damaged package!!!!! All orders leave our site in good condition. Contact UPS IMMEDIATELY (1-800-742-5877) if Damage, Spillage or Breakage has occurred, because our responsibility stops upon delivery of our goods to the carrier. You must have a claim # from the carrier.
